It'll be very relaxing at first and when I start the deeper tissue you may feel little spikes of pain or soreness but only if it makes you fly off the table should you really be worried. Most the time I have people telling that hurts but it's a good pain. That being said you no your body's limits better then anyone and if you believe there is to much pressure, make sure you let me know! Although I can tell someone's by the way one moves round.
